Codex Says I Achieved VIP Status with All Factions in Season 1, but I Did Not Receive All Rewards
The Codex says I completed "EARLY BIRD VIP" (as seen in attached picture #1), but that would mean that I reached VIP Status with all factions in Season 1, yet "SEKIGUCHI VIP" (as seen in attached picture #1) and "DIPLOMAT" (as seen in attached picture #2) still show as incomplete. I put almost 175 hours into Season 1, and I would rather not have to do that work all over again if I don't have to, so is there any way you can rectify this discrepancy with my account please?

This is something that I'm also seeing in my codex. I was VIP with all factions in season 1 and it doesn't show them complete in the codex. Just adding this comment for visibility. Thanks team!
well at least i'm not the only one. i, for example, have "Diplomat" as complete, but "Early Bird VIP" complete only for MIDA and Sekiguchi, i did also have VIP with all of them in season 1...i was a bit mad when i started the game, but at least it's not game breaking...
