MISSING COMPENSATION KITS. (I played 5hrs since s2 wipe)
Hello, I streamed the whole season 2 launch for marathon and got error coded, alongside many others, and did not receive one compensation kit in my mailbox like everyone else. I have the whole stream linked below. I got disconnected almost every game for 5-6hrs straight. Please can I have the promised kits that was sent to many others incept me? Thank you. (Im loving this season btw, it rocks!)

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you didn't get the Sponsored Kits following recent compensation. Per this post from the Marathon Development Team, the kits have been sent to players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT). If you didn't log in to the game during this time window, then you weren't eligible for the compensation.
If you did play in that time frame, please log out and restart your game for the Sponsored Kits to show up in your mail. If they are still missing, let me know here with a screenshot of your in-game mailbox showing that you didn't get the kits.

I infact DID play the game during the times stated, if you watched the video link i sent. I restarted game and have not received anything. Here is my mailbox.
Can confirm, Nico was playing during the timeframe specified by Bungie. Nico started playing around reset when season 2 launched (6pm BST/10am PT)! I got all my twitch rewards from watching his stream on Tuesday while I was at work. I didn’t start playing until around 6pm EDT/3pm PT and got my compensation kits.
Incredibly disheartening that Bungie is just brushing everyone aside instead of looking into this problem, especially because it doesn’t seem like an isolated incident based on other player reports.
