Missing compensation kits
Hi,
I still haven’t received the compensation kits for the issues the other day, I’ve reset my game multiple times and still nothing, I certainly played during the hours as I was on from launch, anyway you could help me out at all?

Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you didn't get the Sponsored Kits following recent compensation. Per this post from the Marathon Development Team, the kits have been sent to players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT). If you didn't log in to the game during this time window, then you weren't eligible for the compensation.
If you did play in that time frame, please log out and restart your game for the Sponsored Kits to show up in your mail. If they are still missing, let me know here with a screenshot of your in-game mailbox showing that you didn't get the kits.
