Did not recieve the compensation for the servers not working properly

I have logged in right when the servers went up and played multiple matches ( that i wasnt able to complete). I tried till 1 in the morning ( german time) just to constantly get booted out of my runs. I was def. online during the mentioned hours

      Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you didn't get the Sponsored Kits following recent compensation. Per this post from the Marathon Development Team, the kits have been sent to players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT). If you didn't log in to the game during this time window, then you weren't eligible for the compensation.

      If you did play in that time frame, please log out and restart your game for the Sponsored Kits to show up in your mail. If they are still missing, let me know here with a screenshot of your in-game mailbox showing that you didn't get the kits.

    I did restart the game many times today but just in case i did it again and i still didnt get them :(

    i was 100% online during 10 am pt and 4 pm pt
