VIP Rewards Bugged
I VIP'd every faction S1 and only received the VIP profile backgrounds for Sekiguchi and Mida.
My assumption is this has something to do with the mechanic requiring you to accept all faction rewards before your reputation will be upgraded to VIP. Though I had already done this with every faction, hence why I have the "Diplomat" codex completed.

I've got the same problem - I've VIP'd all the factions before the end of season 1. Only got the reward for Mida and Sekiguchi, even though I have the "Diplomat" codex.
I don't know about the root cause, but I Mida and Sekiguchi were the last two factions that I finished. I know for a fact I had rewards for levelling up past VIP for CyberAcme, and none in Arachne. Not sure about Traxis or NuCaloric.
Fingers crossed this can be fixed with a DB migration.
