Contracts did not reset on wipe

Description of Issue - Contracts did not reset on wipe
Rough Date and Time of issue - right after wipe and still persisting.
Repro steps - i just have to log in.. ive hard reset my router and pc .lol.. please help

We understand your contracts haven't reset as expected. This does sound odd to us. In addition to the details you've already shared, please consider recording a short videoclip of series of screenshots which illustrate this situation. Once you have visuals, you can upload them to a site like Youtube or Imgur, and link us to them here. We'll then investigate this further.
im ok with you rewiping me if thats what it takes
i barely playeds1. i did allot of the green quests and other factions. i know i was like rank 11 in green and 9 in mida so i did do allot of missions, i just focused on those 2 and not the others
im an idiot..sorry if i wasted anyones time.;/..
