i dont have my free reward pass redeem item after the season reset
I never redeemed the s1 battlepass. i wanted to save the token for s2 and now that its s2 i no longer have the token. i was told it would carry over between seasons

We understand your Rewards Pass voucher appears to be missing. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this may have caused concern. By any chance, are you still able to unlock the Season 2 Rewards Pass, despite the voucher no longer appearing in your inventory?
If you are unable to unlock the Rewards Pass, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip which demonstrates this. If you record such a clip, you can then upload it to a site like Youtube, and link us to it here. We'll then investigate.

Same here, I still have to pay 1000 lux if I want the season 2 premium rewards
