Disconnected from servers

Lost my purple deluxe kit I got as a reward from last season due to ser er errors and disconnect. The policies state I maybe able to get it back I have pictures.

    We're sorry to hear that you lost your Purple Deluxe Kit due to connection/server issues. 

    This type of issue may be related to a connection networking problem. If you haven't done so already, we recommend going through our Optimized Connections Guide and perform Network Troubleshooting Guide, these resources may help improve matchmaking and loading stability.

    Regarding the lost item, support is not able to manually restore any lost items or progress. In cases where a qualifying server-side error occurs, any item recovery is handled automatically by the game systems. 

    Please note that item recovery only applies to specific server side error conditions and does not cover losses cause by connection or client side issues.

  • It states this in your policy and the error on server side.

    In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.

  • It's known that issue with servers happen at the beginning of a season. Ive been with bungie long enough but I shouldn't have to suffer because I was kicked from a game. I didn't die or quit I got kicked and forced to lose
