Codex Early Bird VIP Not Updating

The codex is not updating my my VIP challenges from last season even though I hit VIP with all factions and have the Diplomat challenge unlocked.

    We understand your Codex VIP challenges from last season aren't updating as expected. We're sorry to hear of this. For our investigation, could you kindly clarify if it updated for some factions, but not others? We'll then review and see what other details we may need, thanks.

    I am having the same issue; I hit VIP with all factions, but only got the Early Bird VIP reward for Sekiguchi and MIDA.

    Same here.i hit VIP in all Faction in S1 but only have the MIDA and Sekiguchi Reward

    Same issue here. Hit VIP in all factions, MIDA and Sekeguchi worked, the rest didn't.

    For me, only sekiguchi I could claim but for the other ones, I could not. I didnt earn VIP with traxxus however

    Same issue here. I VIP'd everyone but MIDA last season and only received Sekiguchi.

    I'm also having the same issue. I had all factions to VIP and only got credit for some of them. Also, I complete ALL priority contracts for all factions, but it wants me to redo all of SekGen's even though I have Codex credit for all of them.

    I'm also having the same issue where I hit VIP rank on all factions but only received early bird VIP for MIDA and Sekiguchi.

    Having the same issue. Got some but not all, and I def hit all of them last season.

    Same - also hit VIP ranks on all but claimable are only Sekiguchi and MIDA

    Having the same issue. Hit VIP with all Factions in Season 1, but have only received credit for MIDA and Sekiguchi for Early Bird.

    Im having the same issue as well and to be transparent I got VIP in S1 for everyone else but sekiguchi. I only got the early bird VIP rewards for Seki and Mida.
