Defeated the Compiler with 9 Runners, but didn't receive the Cryo Skin!! (Clips available)

Hi Bungie Support Team, I’m writing to you as a massive fan of your work. I’ve been playing Marathon since the very first closed Alpha back when the game was completely different. I love this game so much that I rallied my entire Discord server to join in. Even friends who usually aren't interested in extraction shooters are now hooked, with some hitting level 200 and reaching Gold 3. We spend hours just diving into the plot and the lore.I want to say thank you, because this game and its codex have been a true escape for me. Between the stress of work and the ongoing war in my country, diving into the world of Marathon has genuinely helped me cope with real-life difficulties. But I am writing to you today because I am completely heartbroken over a recent match. During a run on CryoArchive, my duo and I managed to do the impossible. Using proximity chat, we teamed up with random players—bringing together a massive squad of 9 Runners! It was an absolutely insane, unforgettable moment. We brought a Cryo 6 Key and my DNA card, defended ourselves against another squad that tried to wipe us, and finally pushed to defeat the Compiler. I even landed the final blows, emptying a full mag into it with a Gold V22 Volt Thrower. It was epic. But after all that effort, coordination, and survival... I received absolutely nothing. The Cryo Skin from the codex did not drop for me. Please tell me what information or logs you need from my account to verify this and grant the Cryo Skin. I have put over 300 hours into this game, and moments like this are what make it truly mind-blowing. I’m completely devastated that the game didn't register my reward after such a legendary run. I have video clips of the entire encounter ready to provide. I love your team and the beautiful game you've created, and I know you guys care about your community. I am really hoping you can look into my match history and help me out, because walking away empty-handed from this is just unbearable.
