Did not receive compiler skin - Destroyer

I did a 9 or 12 man Compiler run, my team was the ones to use the DNA key, I have video proof of exfiling, and killing/dmging compiler from my Teammates point of view. My other teammate DID receive the skin, while I did not. Where can I send this proof? I also have pictures of my empty codex page for compiler charm and destroyer skin for proof. I was Destroyer when running.
