Compiler Skin Not Unlocked

I just fought the compiler in a lobby in which my squad handled the entire process of DNA sequencing and ran into a team right before we entered Labs, whom we invited to join us for the Compiler fight. After successfully defeating the compiler, my teammate grabbed the ganglion, and everyone involved exfilled. I did not receive the associated Recon Skin for this achievement.
