Cryo Archives contracts reset When they were not supposed to

Hi
First let me say I know this is a bug so I'm not upset at any person or bungie but I know I'm going to sound frustrated in this as there was alot of time and setup that we put into this and as its late when i wake up to buisness hours for bungie I probably wont get a response until the window has closed on doing this. Which is not only frustrating because I dont know if this will be resolved, or know what I need to accomplish now before the time ends.

I had finished all but 1 of my contracts weekly contracts - we had planned on finishing the remaining one today before reset as the timer had shown the bounties would be accessible until season 2.   When i went to bed before the daily reset on monday it was accurate when i woke up today and just got on to do the remaining contract I went to look to see what the last one was again and it showed no active contract which I had left the contract active when I got off and had my kit ready to go so when i got back on we could start right up. 
I went to look at the contracts to reactivate it but it showed one I had already done which the ones i do are not available once i do them. So I figured something was wrong went to the codex and it shows that I have 0/7 now which is not what it said last night. We literally stayed up 10+ hours doing all these yesterday and my teammate took off work to finish this before the deadline as it said the timer was good until season reset (it still says 16 hours 58 minutes left)
We had done all these together and both are experiencing the same issue today.

I do not have an image from yesterday as I don't record but this is what everything shows at this exact time.
This is Extremely frustrating as we had farmed up so many keys to farm dna keys and then re farmed reg vault keys so that we knew even if we had some rough patchs (since the last cryo sessions would be everyone bringing out their best gear) we would have enough to def get it done. And then spent all day yesterday into 5am this am grinding out these bounties. To see it say we still have time but reset our progress. I'm hopeing you can review to see our progress - as there is not enough time now since he doesnt get off work for a few hours to do all the bounties again. 

I dont remember what the last bounty was I think from what I can remember it should either be the battery coolant one / or the kill 7 runners in a run. 
So as I would hope this is something you can resolve I'm unsure if I  should just try do one or both of those bounties to make sure I'v done both - But I still cant make it turn the last bounty into the compiler and do that in a run.  So do I just do another compiler kill on top of a bounty run.
