Compiler Kill With No Skin Unlock

We killed Compiler with another team (6-man), with the other team picking up the Compiler ganglion.  I am starting to believe that the skins/codex are tied to the team in possession of the Compiler ganglion. This is because I picked up the weapon and defeated the Compiler with no unlock occurring for any codex/skin.

Is this the cost of playing with other teams or is this an unintentional result?

• Description of Issue - Our team unlocked Vault 7 and killed Compiler with no skin unlock for Destroyer.
• Rough Date and Time of issue - 3/31/26 1:35-1:50PM CST
• Repro steps - Our team unlocked vault 7, another team came with us, the other team picked up the ganglion after the kill, and we all exfilled.
