Tracking collectible items in the codex doesn't work.

Only if you go into 'INSPECT' .. but hitting the Right stick in the overview doesn't work on it's own. You have to go into inspect first, and then you can track or untrack.

When you just hover over the items icon/picture and hit the track button (right stick), it makes the sound, but nothing happens. 

I would attach a video of it as it is highly reproducible...

(I've recently changed my game to going after collectibles, so I've been doing this a lot. But you have to do two steps to track an item here, instead of just the one).

Please fix.
