Remapping "Ping" and "Interact Secondary" are not always respected

Here's what the settings look like when you remap "Ping" and "Interact Secondary":

As seen in the following screenshots, various "Ping" commands in-game still require the original mapping of middle mouse button. "Interact Secondary" also requires the original mapping of X while looting:
