Stuck in infinite matchmaking for nearly an hour. If we leave the queue we will lose all our loot, please help. We're queue'ing for cryo and on NA East servers.
Please help. I don't want us all to lose all of our loot, we have some of our best gear on.

this just happened to us, also. after a few tries of "rejoining" after restarting game and cycle of infinite matchmaking, i finally chose 'return to lobby.' would love to have gear back.
This just happened to me. I'm still stuck in the loop now. About to lose some really solid gear and a ton of consumables...

My whole squad had to return to lobby and lose our gear. Tried restarting the game but no luck. Happened around 10:25 AM CST.
