Drop 7 Codex not received

Over the last 72 hours I have had multiple games where my team has eliminated 7 or more runners. I do not have a screenshot of the end game screen as proof. However, I have a screenshot that shows the completion of all Cryo Archive limited contracts, one of which requires the elimination of 7 Runners as evidence. Is there any way for progress to be granted on this codex entry?
