Compiler skin not unlock

Hello Bungie, I just killed the Compiler with my Assassin and I didn’t receive the skin. Has a solution been found? Could you unlock it for me? Thank you

    If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.

    We are aware of situations where the Compiler is not granting rewards appropriately after kills.
    We are currently looking into these situations.

    We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues, including rewards or progress from Compiler takedowns.
