Beyond Crimson Veil Not unlocking
I killed the compiler three times. on my very last run I definitely looted the weapon and exfilled with the weapon and no unlock. it was on my triage and I just exfilled with it and everything. Can I have the Codex entry fixed please!!!

We are aware of situations where the Compiler is not granting rewards appropriately after kills.
We are currently looking into these situations.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues, including rewards or progress from Compiler takedowns.
Platform steam. Bungie ID is skullkrunch#4130. It happened somewhere around 11:45pm and 12:30am last night may 28/29
I just want to say that it took me many attempts and a lot of hours in game to acquire the amount of dna acesss codes that I needed to attempt to get this done. It wouldn’t not be fair I’m if I had to do this again. This is the last codex entry I needed for the last title. I do not have a video of what happened but I absolutely 100 percent did exactly what I was suppose to
“I killed Compiler, picked up the Biotoxic Disinjector, it went into my backpack, I moved it to my hands and extracted successfully, but Beyond the Crimson Veil did not unlock and no codex progress was awarded.”
