Disconnected from match and lost all my gear
The server disconnected me maybe 60 seconds after I started a run on cryo archive approximately 03:30 pm est on 05/28/2026. An error popped up, code "anteater", and I was brought back to the home screen with no way to reconnect. All my gear i brought into the run was lost. Once back in the home screen and typing to report this "contacting marathon servers" occasionally comes up at the bottom of my screen but i am still connected.

Hello there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
How long does that take? I got nothing back so far.
