Ranked emblem

Hello, i just got my ranked emblem for the end of the season. The problem is that i'm plat 3 and i received a gold emblem. Can you help me?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out. Based on how Ranked end-of-season rewards work, the emblem reward is tied to the highest Rank I tier earned, so the Platinum emblem is awarded for reaching Platinum I rather than Platinum 3.

    If your highest rank this season was Platinum 3, then receiving the Gold emblem would be expected.

    in the quest was not reported to reach the RANK 1. Was just "your highest rank", Rank 1 was just reported in the weapons skin. This is a huge miss by you of Bungie. I didn't grind the rank to plat 1 cause i was sure that plat 3 was enough
