Insta died to terrain on Cryo ranked
I was in a cryo ranked run, we wiped 3 teams and the last team was about to exfil. I (playing as a thief) used my drone to scope out the area and revive my teammates when I instantly died to 'Critial System Error' as per the attached link where you can find a clip of this occurance.

I would appreciate being reimbursed for the gear that I have lost.

Thanks for reporting this. I appreciate the video included. I'm sorry to hear you suddenly died to a Critical System Error after sending out your Pickpocket Drone in Cryo Archive. I've saved your report and video and sent them over to the dev team for further review.
Unfortunately, Support is unable to restore any lost loot, as any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
