Team and Prox Audio Issues

I've made one post back when the game launched about my inability to hear other people in the game wether it is my teammates or another team. I would really like to have this ability in season 2 so I'm making a more detailed one. I have noticed that it's not just a complete inability to hear them they are for a reason I cannot explain just so unbelievably quiet that its impossible to hear them sometimes it changes from game to game where I can hear them somewhat and I had one time in my whole playtime where I could even hear the person perfectly. My settings are all fine and I've done the audio troubleshooting guide already and checked multiple times. I have a Intel Arcb580 Graphics card, a AMD Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, a ASUS ROG STRIX B550-XE Gaming Wifi Motherboard, 16 GB of 2x8 DDR4 RAM and use a set of Bluetooth in earbuds, the Baseus Inspire XC1 and have also tried it with the Sennheiser Hd450 Bluetooth overears. I have not yet tried any cable headsets or buying a seperate microphone for this. Though seeing as I can communicate with these in any other game even while being in a discord call the earphones are very likely not the issue. If you could please find a fix for this issue since it has been quite annoying knowing I could theoretically talk to them because the microphone works they can hear me yet I can't hear them due to the quietness and once again my in game settings are all just the current headphones I'm using for both communication and receiving as well as prox chat turned on team chat turned on and the voice loudness set to maximum yet changing that seems to also have no effect in the loudness I can hear other people. A fix would be greatly appreciated though Im not sure if that would mean something.

    Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear the volume of your voice chat stays inconsistent throughout gameplay. Checking first, does this only happen with voice chat or is the game/environment audio affected as well?

Another thing to verify is your Volume Mixer in your Windows sound settings. You should see two different sliders for Marathon, one for game audio and one for voice chat/communications. You'll need to ensure that the volume for the latter is correctly set and that your Default Communication Device is set to the correct audio output.

Let me know how it goes!
