Compiler bug where his chest was open and we coudnt damage him even when we hit the buttons.
The videos are on my Twitch where i stream to just watch vod but I caught the bug on video. he sudently got stuck with his chest open and we couldnt damage him,even when we did the mechanic again,he just wouldnt move or receive damage. We exfiled but lost the compiler ganglion and other important loot in the rooms as we were level 5 as well.

I'm sorry to hear you were unable to damage and defeat the Compiler after it stayed immune. I can confirm this issue is already on the devs' radar and is being worked on. We appreciate your patience while we investigate the issue.
Support is unfortunately unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
