Exfil not working and dying at end of game
Activated exfil before final exfil went up. Jumped into the exfil at 10 seconds remaining and stepped out for a second. Then after going back into exfil with team it didn't restart timer and we died. After clearing most of the lobby and getting really good loot. Also caused us to lose ranked points.

If I provide video proof of the incident, including the loadout I lost, is it possible to be refunded for this gear. As it meant a lot to us. If you are ever so gracious, could the ranked points I lost and should have received, be generously deposited into my account, for I am trying to grind my rank as high as possible.
