This should never happen, why is there no unstuck command or preemptive measure enabled in the game?

Lost a gold bully, 3 misriah's and my rank up match because the ice pillar quite literally trapped me underneath it, why is there no preemptive measure to make sure that when you're stuck and have no options youre either teleported or moved? Super frustrating, and honestly a complete joke of an overlook, not the first time I lost a run to jank like this. Completely unforgivable for a competitive game.
