Corpse in textures
On the Outpost as a Thied I used grappling hook to reach the ledge where a red card are. I jumped from the ship with Mida's anomaly quest, failed, drop into pit and my corpse somehow appear under textures. My teammates tried to res me up, but they just don't have any access to the corpse.

It happened here. On first screen is from where I jumped, second where I fall and third is where my body was shown to my teammates (Exactly on mark, between pipes).
