Got stuck behind strongbox in Greenhouse, lost all my loot when greenhouse entered lockdown and I couldn't get out from behind the strongbox? can I get it back?

Thank you for reporting this. I appreciate the screenshot and video included. I'm sorry to hear you got stuck behind a loot box in Greenhouse after opening it. I can confirm that this issue in this specific area is already on our developers' radar and is being worked on.
As for gear returns, unfortunately, Support is unable to restore any lost loot. Any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support. I appreciate your understanding.
