Lost gear due to server crash
Like alot of others, lost all of my gear when your servers went down unexpectedly on 26/05/26 at 5:40PM AEST

Unfortunately, Support is unable to restore any lost loot, as any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
