Lost items
I was playing last night 5/26 around 2:40am central the servers went down multiple hours before maintenance and didn't allow me to sign back in due to servers being down. I was mid run with multiple gold items and when i logged back in today they were not returned to me or my teammates that where in the run with me.

Unfortunately, Support is unable to restore any lost loot, as any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
