Missing Items due to 5/26 2:00 AM PST Server Error

Hello,

my team and I were in-game during the unscheduled server error which interrupted games around 2:00 AM PST on 5/26. 
On returning to the game this evening, we were faced with a prompt which asked us to either continue waiting or return to lobby and forfeit items.

We have not received our items back after our game was interrupted, and it seems our items are missing/not refunded. We were attempting to do a gold key run before the end of season, and so brought in the best loot we had.

My bungie account name is nanufrog (nanufrog#8158), and my platform is Steam. Thank you!
