Game hitches for ~3-5 seconds periodically
In the past week or two, only since last week's patch, I've begun to intermittently have small freezes in-game. The game is entirely non-interactive and then returns to normal. This happens in menus, in runs, etc (effectively anywhere). I've kept resource monitoring software open while watching the game and no spikes or dips of note occur in CPU, RAM, or GPU usage.
