Last Nigh Network Outage
During the recent network outages for the marathon servers happened to me while I was running Cyro key vault 6. Due to the servers being down me and my teammates where all disconnected from the match then me who was not given the refund but instead being prompted for a reconnect. Every time i attempted this reconnect the screen would go black and the screen would just reappear.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Around 3:30am tried again at 12 pm still getting same massage to reconnect 5/26/26 I had a 45K gold load out bungee what is this!!!! Nonsense!!!
Cryo 6 is the last subroutine i need and would like the key refunded along with any of the other gear i brought in. if thats not an option i just want the key back since it took me so long to get originally. In order to verify just check the last match i played and look at everything i brought in. Please bungie your system is not doing what it needs to do!!!!

Unfortunately, Support is unable to restore any lost loot, as any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
