Game disconnected mid game, couldnt reconnect, lost all gears

- Description of Issue - In the middle of the game earlier today around 11 hours ago, we had wiped the full lobby of cryo, then on the way to exfil the game crashed and stopped working for everyone in marathon (including streamers etc), and wasnt able to play or get back. After it by around 2 hours i logged on, got the message saying try to reconnect to game or you will lose everything, then ended up not being refunded any of my gear (Gold bully, purple misriah, purple shields etc)

Unfortunately, Support is unable to restore any lost loot, as any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
