Continue Waiting resulting in lost gear
Last night I was doing an output run. I broght in my gold shield and fold volt thrower for the first time. We have a good run and extract but intsed of bringing me back to lobby both my frainf and i are stuck on a black screen with attemting to contact marathon servers. I get kicked back to a loading screen and then the home page. I try to get back in but still cant connect. I checked the server status and it says it is green but with a lot of issues being reported. A fre minutes later it reports a major outage. I am trying to log in the next day and it is still giving me the continue waiting message meaning. No mater what i do the results wont finalize. Well goodby gold gear sorry you got lost to a patch update and not a worthy opponent.

Unfortunately, Support is unable to restore any lost loot, as any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.

Yea man I brought in my gold bully the only thing I really care about that I lost if I got that back ide be happy, I got it back after the first crash when I was on dire marsh wiped two purple shield teams and had like 5 purple shields then it crashes, got my stuff back after that, then loaded back in with the same load out and it crashed again after killing one team with three purple keys, and I check this morning and it said I couldn't load back into the game and my stuff was forfeit why couldn't I get my stuff back after the second time?

Description of Issue is the same as everyone here During the recent network outages for the marathon servers happened to me while I was running Cyro KEY vault 6. Due to the servers being down me and my teammates we’re all disconnected from the match me who was not given the refund but instead being prompted for a reconnect. Every time I attempted this reconnect the screen would go black and the screen would just reappear. Message to reconnect but would not reconnect I brought in a 45K Gold Loadout!!!
Rough Date and Time of issue - Around 3:30 AM 5/26/26 keeped trying 12pm today!!!
Cryo 6 is the last subroutine i need and would like the key refunded along with any of the other gear i brought in. if thats not an option i just want the key back since it took me so long to get originally. In order to verify just check the last match i played and look at everything i brought in. Please bungie help us out your system failed to work properly!!!
