Server crash is preventing me from finalizing a run

On PlayStation.
Issue: server crashed as I was exfilling around 11:50 pm.
Hi bungie, last night on 5/25, I was playing an outpost match where my crew and I had managed to exfill but then the game crashed when loading back into the lobby.
Not only had I made it out with loot but I had gone in with a gold WSTR, a gold Repeater, and a gold shield and head core mod
Today when I’m trying to login, it continues to tell me that the results of my previous run have not been finalized and that I need to continue the run to not lose all my loot. When I press continue waiting, it gives me an error.
Can you please help me retain the gear that I made it out with. At least the one I brought in?
I’m stuck on the continue waiting screen because I don’t want to lose my stuff.

We’re aware of reports involving disconnects during server issues, including cases where players later saw the “Continue Waiting” prompt after the run had effectively ended, and that behavior is under investigation.
For lost gear, Support isn’t able to manually restore loot or progress. When a qualifying server-side error occurs, any refund that can be offered is handled automatically by the game systems rather than manually through Support. Gear refunds only apply to a subset of server error conditions, and Bungie attempts to return starting gear for affected players when those conditions are met.
If you haven’t already, please reply with your Bungie Name (including the 4 digits), platform, and the approximate date/time this happened. If you have a clip of the incident, please include that as well, upload it to Youtube, and we will be glad to take a closer look.

Description of Issue is the same as everyone here During the recent network outages for the marathon servers happened to me while I was running Cyro KEY vault 6. Due to the servers being down me and my teammates we’re all disconnected from the match me who was not given the refund but instead being prompted for a reconnect. Every time I attempted this reconnect the screen would go black and the screen would just reappear. Message to reconnect but would not reconnect I brought in a 45K Gold Loadout!!!
Rough Date and Time of issue - Around 3:30 AM 5/26/26 keeped trying 12pm today!!!
Cryo 6 is the last subroutine i need and would like the key refunded along with any of the other gear i brought in. if thats not an option i just want the key back since it took me so long to get originally. In order to verify just check the last match i played and look at everything i brought in. Please bungie help us out your system failed to work properly!!!
