There's no ongoing maintenance right now. This was purely a server issue on your end, which qualifies for item recovery. So why haven't my items been returned?
Besides, many players I know also haven't had their gear restored. Is this what a top-tier game company does? No wonder Slay the Spire 2 outshines you by a huge margin.
If you can't fix this, just admit it. Your tech team simply lacks the ability to uphold even the most basic in-game rules.

We're sorry to hear the you lost your gear following the server issues and disconnect you experienced while in a match.
Please know that Marathon recently underwent maintenance. Which may have contributed to the issue. For future reference, we recommend consulting our Server and Update Status page for updates regarding ongoing maintenance or server issues.
Regarding lost items, support is not able to manually restore any lost items or progress. In cases where a qualifying server-side error occurs, any item recovery is handled automatically by the game systems.
