Marathon stuck on “Logging in” screen

My Marathon client gets stuck on the “Logging in” screen for a very long time and never completes the login. This issue persists even after reinstalling the game and verifying my Bungie.net account.Platform: Steam, OS: Windows 11,Steps tried: reinstall, cache clear, account verification.

I verified the game files and reinstalled Marathon yesterday, but the problem continues.

Please advise on how to resolve this.

    We're sorry to hear that Marathon is remaining stuck on the "Logging in" screen despite reinstalling the game, clearing cache data, and verifying both the game files and your bungie account. This does sound like a potential connection related issue. 

    If you haven't already, we recommend going through our Network Troubleshooting Guide as well as our Advanced Troubleshooting Guide, as these steps may help improve connection stability and prevent issues like this from occurring. 

    If the issue persists, could you please share your platform and the approximate time this occurred, a video footage or screenshots showing the endless "Logging in...". You can upload them to a service like Youtube Or Imgur and provide the link here. 

    • Additional info: I also checked Windows Security → Firewall & Network Protection → Allow an app, and ensured that both Marathon and Steam are allowed for private and public networks.

    • I do not use a VPN, and I cleared the network cache.
