Compiler skin not awarded
I just completed a compiler run where I had delt damage during all phases and was not awarded with my triage codex entry skin

We're aware of reports regarding this issue and are currently monitoring the situation further.
I just had the same exact thing happen today. My squad joined 2 other squads and did the run and all did damage to the compiler. The two people in my squad got the skin and codex completions but I did not. Despite being in the same exact state as my squad mates
