All social features in Marathon appear disabled on my account.

I have been talking to this support form for almost 2 weeks and the problem is still ongoing I really need someone to focus to help this problem  because 
1. I am above the age requirement I already used my ID to confirm my age
2. I linked my steam and I have no privacy blocking it either and neither do i have a privacy block with my playstation link
3. this problem has not been being looked at by a real person leaving the answered extremely automated in my eyes which isnt helping 
all I want is to play marathon I bought the game to play it with my friends yet ive been unable to play with them for almost 2 weeks cause most of my social features are disabled and my forum question got ignored and got quoted as answered 
please just fix this situation I just want to play the game how it is intended
