Missing Compiler Kill Runner Skins

Hello!

It looks like this is a well known issue, though I would deeply like to get my Compiler skin to commemorate one of the coolest moments I've had in this game!

We killed Compiler at approximately 11:55 PST on 5/23, though I believe the exfil was just past 12:00 on 5/24, there were... about 12 people in that lobby that participated, and I gather these reports seem more common when multiple teams participate. Neither myself (Praedyth#5669) nor the third that we matchmade with (Avalon) received our Compiler skins. I can categorically say that I did deal damage, but it did not trigger the Codex entries. My teammate Vallesi#6085 did receive the skin.
