Duplicate Item Tracking

Description of Issue:
When I try to remove a valuable item from the tracking sheet, it gets duplicated instead of being removed.

02:51 AM, May 24, 2026 (UTC+3)

Repro Steps:

• Open the Codex
• Track some valuable item
• Play a few matches (I haven't tried adding/removing items before playing matches)
• Extract
• Open the tracking sheet
• Try to remove some valuables

Expected Result:
Valuables should be removed.

Current Result:
Valuables get duplicated until you try to remove them again. When you remove them a second time, only the duplicated copy disappears.

On the screenshot, you can see what appears after I try to remove valuables. Additionally, I had just reopened the game before taking the screenshot.
