Died to a glitch in cryo.
I was on cryo last night, my team was heading to exfil. I got downed by bots, I started crawling to my team mate for the revive. A pylon type thing came up out of the ground, pulled me underneath of it and the pylon than proceeded to go back down into the ground pinning me underneath of it. I self revived but I couldn't move, couldn't croutch, couldn't jump. I tried to disconnect and reconnect hoping it would pull me out of it. When I reconnected it shot me across the room, so I thought I was fine, than it put me back in the same spot again. My team made it to exfill and got out successfully. If I had not gotten pinned I would've made it out as well. At the time I was too mad and stressed out to clip it. I thought about it after the fact. My bungie id is Misscount29#6310. Happened on May 22nd, around 845pm est on a cryo run. The only thing I lost that I am truly upset about is my gold v75 scar that I had JUST gotten the mod for that day in traxus. Nothing else I lost mattered except for that weapon I just received the mod for that day.

Thank you for reporting.
Unfortunately, we need a video of the issue to forward it to the developer so they can investigate it. It's hard to reproduce an issue when we don't know exactly how it happened.
