Purple key template lost due to bugged matter fixative.
I run into perimeter with a purple key template that i bought from the vender with 4 Shell ID's, and I killed a commander at the guarded exfil, but i couldnt find the matter fixative that it would drop. I tried to find another commander, but with no luck.
Every time that i have killed a commander it has dropped a matter fixative, so i do believe this issue to be caused by a bug or the likes.
Is it possible to get the key template back, since i lost it due to no fault of my own, and i spent valuable materials to get it?

Hey, thanks for the detailed report.
Matter Fixative is tied to Commander encounters, but not every Commander is guaranteed to drop one in every case. It is commonly available from Commanders, and older Fragile key templates were also expected to require a Matter Fixative on exfil.
If you’re able to catch it happening again, a short video or screenshots of the Commander kill and loot area would be very helpful for investigation.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
