Skin and Codex not Unlocking after Compiler Kill

Hello, early this morning at around 1AM EST (May 23rd) my team and I killed the Compiler and exfiled. Two of us did not receive Codex completion or the skin. A few things to note:

- I’m aware this is a known issue (and has been for a couple of months), and I’m hoping Bungie is able to do the right thing and award us the skin/codex entry.

- My team ended up (contentiously) teaming up with two other teams *in* the map to complete the boss. It was actually a pretty cool moment of unity. I’m now aware this has been known to cause issues in regards to completion of the codex. All members of my team did significant damage to the boss and my one teammate (who also didn’t receive the skim/codex) snagged the Ganglion. We were also the ones to initiate the fight and do all prior mechanics to the raid.

- My gamertag is Automatic JB (Xbox) and my Bungie ID is Automatic Jack#4184. My teammate’s gamertag is Skludge (Xbox). My third teammate Beyond the Bool (Xbox) DID in fact receive the skin and codex entry.
