Brought to tears by a bug then by teammates

I have a little over 400 hours on this game and 9000 on destiny 2, completing all the challenges and objectives in bungies games has become an obsession of mine since sophomore year of college 3 years ago. This includes marathon, I don’t have many friends to play with so I’m usually LFG for destiny or random que for marathon, I’ve managed to open all 6 vaults with randoms and have just suffered due to a bug and said randoms at vault 6. Two runs ago we kill the two remaining teams and I guide my newer teammates who were both free kits to get everything for the vault and up to the labs, we open the vault and one of my teammates grabs the subroutine I ask him to drop it and between the subroutine spawn and the pinnical boxes there’s a smooth part of the floor, it drops here with a hazard capsule and can’t be grabbed by any of us or our their drone, it’s not behind anything just on the floor, this was crushing I have been trying to get to compiler for weeks, a friend hops on and I ask him to try it again with me, he agrees, I bring in my best stuff which I typically don’t do gold bully gold misriah etc, I want this so bad. I kill 3 teams by myself, we open the vault, I grab the subroutine and make sure it’s safe in my hands, we go for final exfil, I’m sitting at one spawn, my other two teammates at the two of the other spawns, final starts, they say it’s not there and I also don’t have it so we run for the theater remaining, it’s not there, I know for a fact the random is wrong now about their call out and try to run to final, the random in question trips a hack and locks the door, they both make it out and I lost everything, very rarely do I cry when it comes to games, but this was enough to bring me to tears with destiny being canceled and the wipe soon, I’m not sure if this will ever happen, I have been couch surfing since graduating last month and job searching, marathon has helped me have fun and smile while I’m in therapy, I only ask that this bug doesn’t happen again and if by the grace of bungie I was gifted a run to either vault 6 or the compiler with how many people I’ve sherpad through cryo and destiny raids I’d be very grateful.
