Marathon Crashed and didn't let me rejoin until it was too late to exfil.
My game randomly crashed almost at the end of a very productive run. I wasn't able to rejoin in time because the startup animations take a ridiculously long time and they are unskippable. I went in with awesome gear and found rare loot and cards I had been searching for. If you could make the startup animations skippable I think I would have had time to make it to the exfil. I popped me back in with 40 seconds left. I sprinted there but it was like 50m away when it popped. This was extremely frustrating because I played really well and really needed that loot. Makes me want to stop playing entirely. Is there a way to resolve this? Makes me feel like my time isn't being respected.

We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
