Key Template did not produce keys on exfil
I just brought in two superior key templates into a match on perimeter and exfilled without being downed and I did not receive my keys afterwards. Is there a way I can open a ticket to get them? Thanks

I'll be aware you're looking for supporting videos in the future, but the same just happened to me. Permiter solo run with three key templates. Never went down, and successfully exfiltrated with roughly 12 minutes left. All three key templates were "transmuted" and are now gone. Just letting you know this is not a segregated issue and hope you can find a resolution soon. Losing 3 keys at one time feels terrible.

Hello, I was taking in a carri purple key template into outpost and exfilled without going down. I was not granted a card I dont know where it went or what is going on just informing. Thanks Bungie
