Thief Acid Abyss skin bug

The new thief skin has a bug in textures where it displays mesh where it should not be. See pic.

    We understand you're experiencing a visual issue with the latest thief skin. For our investigation, we need more details if possible.

    When next you reply, please share the following for our investigation:

    • The platform you play on.
    • Does this happen on every screen where you can view this skin? Or only on the customization screen?
    • If you have screenshots or footage which more clearly demonstrates this mesh, then please consider linking us to those visuals.

    Once we have the above info, we'll investigate. Thanks.

    Hey, 

    I play on steam (pc). Sending an unlisted youtube video link where I have footage of the bug. This pretty much covers where I found and saw the bug. Can't tell if it's also visible ingame, as I have no friends online right now.

    Hi!

    Posting to second this issue. Looks like there's a hair strand or something sticking out from Thief's face. It also casts a shadow onto the jacket. I haven't purchased the skin, so I'm not sure if it also appears in first-person.

    Platform: PC/Steam

    Bug Appearance(s):

    Looks like the bug from D2 came back (Renewal Grasp ornament had the same problem around 3 years ago).

    Just commenting to raise more awareness. Also having this exact visual issue occur on PS5. (Great looking skin though)

    seeing this on xbox as well. think it's supposed to be her signature face squiggle/other markings

    Chiming in. I have the same bug. Appears on both Steam and PS5. My crewmates and I can see it in all pre-run screens. Does not appear present in small preview window when selecting shell. Unsure if visible to others during a run.
